What this website collects, why, and who else sees it. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your information.
This website is run by NEX Tech Stack ("we"). This page covers nextechstack.com. Our Easy Chitas app has its own privacy page.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our forms:
- If you send us a message: your name, your email and what you wrote.
- If you book a call: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, any notes you add, the time you picked and whether you chose a phone call or Zoom.
- If you sign up for the monthly note: your email.
With each form we also keep the internet address it was sent from, so we can stop spam and people sending the same form hundreds of times.
Just reading the site collects nothing about you. There are no analytics trackers, no advertising cookies and no third party scripts watching what you do.
Why we use it
- To answer your message.
- To set up the call you booked: a calendar invite, a Zoom link if you chose Zoom, and a text to us so we know it is coming.
- To send the monthly note you asked for, and nothing else.
- To keep the forms safe from spam and abuse.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, rent it or share it for advertising. It passes through a few companies that run parts of the site for us, and they handle it only to do that job:
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
- Neon, which stores the database.
- Resend, which sends our emails.
- Google Calendar and Zoom, which hold the details of a call you book.
- Twilio, which sends us a text message when you book a call.
We may also share information if the law requires it, for example a valid court order.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and bookings while they are useful for working with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
The monthly note
Every email has a one click unsubscribe link. Once you use it, you get no more notes.
Your choices
Email memem@nextechstack.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. If you live in California or another place that gives you these rights by law, this is how you use them, and we will never treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
