nextechstack.com is run by NEX Tech Stack ("we"). These terms cover the website only. Work we do for a client is covered by the written agreement we sign with that client, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.

What the site is for

The site explains what we build, shares articles and lets you contact us or book a call. Booking a call or sending a message does not create a contract or commit either of us to any work.

The information on the site

We write the articles and examples carefully, but they are general information, not advice for your business. Examples on the site show how things can work. They are not a promise of any result, any number of customers or any amount of money.

Who owns what

The words, designs, images and code on this site belong to NEX Tech Stack. You are welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of it with credit. Please do not copy whole pages or designs, or present them as your own.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• Send spam or false information through the forms.
• Try to break, overload or get into parts of the site that are not public.
• Use the site for anything against the law.

Some pages link to other websites. We do not run them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available, free of errors or up to date.

As far as the law allows, NEX Tech Stack is not responsible for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on what it says.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and using the site after that means you accept the new version.
